Trainings-4U offers affordable, fully equipped rental options for both medical training equipment and workspace needs, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. Whether you're hosting a healthcare workshop, hands-on training, or content creation session, our resources are designed to support your success.

Our equipment rental service provides essential healthcare training tools, including mannequins, bedpans, catheters, and more, making it ideal for CNA, CPR, and Health Aid training. Rentals are available by the hour with a refundable damage fee, giving you peace of mind.

For those in need of a versatile workspace, our 700-square-foot rental space accommodates up to 20 people—perfect for medical training, meetings, or business events. Equipped with tables, chairs, Wi-Fi, a copier, a mini fridge, and restroom essentials, our space ensures a comfortable and productive environment for your needs.

What Type of Rental

Rental Requirements & Agreements

To successfully complete our rental submission, you must understand and agree to the following statements.

  • I understand the rental fee is $50 per hour, with a minimum booking of 2 hours.

  • I understand payments are refundable if the booking is rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours. Any cancellations/reschedules are non-refundable.

  • I understand the person listed as the point of contact (person submitting form) should remain on or near the premises during the rental time frame for emergency purposes.

  • I understand I or Company listed will be held responsible for any damages to ANY property, equipment, and injuries to self or other that occur on the premises during the rental time frame.

  • I understand I or Company listed will be held responsible for clean-up and trash removal. Failing to do-so will incur a $100 cleaning fee.

  • I understand I or Company will be responsible for providing your own supplies such as paper, copies, pens, pencils, markers, etc.

  • I understand there is an extra $25 flat fee for coffee machine usage & snacks.

  • I understand water is complimentary.

Payments include $200 refundable fee. For as long as no damage is done to the property, you will be refunded $200.
