BLS, CPR/AED & First Aid Trainings

Hands-on CPR & First Aid training equipping students in handling medical
emergencies such as cardiac or respiratory arrest.

CPR, First Aid, & AED trainings are approved by the American Heart Association.

Renewal required every 2 years.

BLS/CPR AED Trainings-4U Class

BLS/AED for Healthcare Providers

Basic Life Support (BLS) training is (3) hours that is specifically for Doctors, Nurses, Home Health Aides, Dental Offices, Respiratory/Physical Therapists, Certified & State Nurse Assistants, and any other healthcare workers and providers. 

​

Basic Life Support training includes:

  • High-quality (CPR) for adults, children, and infants

  • The AHA Chain of Survival, specifically the BLS components

  • Important early use of an AED

  • Effective ventilations using a barrier device

  • Importance of teams in multi rescuer resuscitation and performance as an effective team member during multi rescuer CPR

  • Relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (choking) for adults and infants

  • CPR Face Shield Keychain and/or First Aid Kit

  • Resource Materials

CPR/AED & First Aid for Non-Health Providers

CPR Training for Childcare centers, Teachers, Coaches, Babysitters, Lifeguards, Employees, Security Guards, Hotel & Hospitality Staff, Flight Attendants, and any other profession that is non-health care.​

 

HeartSaver CPR/AED & First Aid training includes: (6) Hours

  • First aid basics

  • Medical emergencies

  • Injury emergencies

  • Environmental emergencies

  • Preventing illness and injury

  • Adult CPR and AED use

  • Opioid-associated life-threatening emergencies

  • Optional modules in Child CPR/AED and Infant CPR

  • CPR Face Shield Keychain and/or First Aid Kit

  • Resource Materials
