NATCEP Train the Trainer (TTT) program is a 5-day, hybrid training (online and in-person) for those either wanting to be a Program Coordinator (PC) of their own CNA school and/or registered nurses interested in teaching people to become nurse aides.

Training Requirements
Program Coordinator:
Responsible for the overall administration and accountability of the program, which includes assuring the program's compliance. No degree or licensure required. This training is NOT required to be a Program Coordinator.
Primary Instructor:
Must possess a current, valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN) with two years of nursing experience at least one of which must be in a long term care facility or experience in caring for the elderly or chronically ill.
Primary Instructors must provide documentation that they have, at minimum:
(a) Successfully completed a TTT program; or
(b) One year experience in teaching adults and possesses the training manual; or
(c) Within the previous three years, provided at least one year of direct supervision of nurse aides in a long-term care facility as a registered nurse
