What are the requirements to enroll in a training course?

Requirements vary by course as some courses don't have requirements to enroll such as our online trainings.  However, for CNA/STNA trainings, you must present a valid photo ID, Social Security card, and meet any health-related prerequisites. Other trainings may have different requirements.

How do I register for a training?

You can begin to register by first completing the online registration form and selecting your preferred training. After submission and full payment, we will confirm your schedule. Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA/STNA) trainings are the only training with a payment plan and deposit available.

Yes! We offer full payment & retainer-based payment plan for CNA, TTT-CNA, CMA, BLS Instructor and our checkout offers interest free pay-in 4 payment options.

Are trainings refundable if I can't attend or change my mind?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately no, all trainings are non-refundable, but rescheduling options may be available depending on the course and availability. Due to the nature of our digital products, there's no promising of unlearning or stopping the replication of the knowledge once downloaded.

Do I need any special equipment for hybrid or online courses?

Yes, hybrid courses require a computer, laptop, or tablet with internet access to complete coursework and exams.

What do I do after completing a registration form and submitting payment?

Accepted Answer

You will receive a follow and/or confirmation email within two (2) business days which can be translated to 48 hours.
