Returns/Refunds

At Trainings-4U, all trainings provided are non-refundable. Due to the nature of education, the trainings administered are irrevocable, and can't not be return or unlearned.

This applies to all trainings, services, and products rendered.

Travel Fee

Any trainings that require us to come to your location will incur a $20 non-refundable travel fee to locations of choice.

Rescheduling Requests & Late Arrivals

Reschedules must be discussed with primary instructor or program coordinator. Only two (2) rescheduling requests are permitted and must be done at least 24-hours before training sessions. Payments are forfeited after (2) rescheduling request are granted. Your requests can be emailed to info@trainings-4u.com. Any reschedule request happening after 24-hours of training sessions, should call immediately at (513) 802-6470.

There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 30-minutes, you will be considered to be rescheduled assuming you have not used your first two (2) rescheduling requests. After 30-minutes, if there has not been any communication on running late, you will be considered a no-call, no-show and will forfeit your payments.

Cancellations & No-call, No-Shows

Cancellations are permitted within 24-hours of training confirmations with retainer fees being refunded. After 24-hours of securing training, 50% of retainer fees are forfeited. Trainings-4U will attempt to reach out to you twice (2x), after two (2) unsuccessful attempts, you are considered a No-Call, No Show. No Call, No-Show trainings automatically forfeit all payments made. No Call-No Show is defined as not discussing or contacting with primary instructor or program coordinator at least 24-hours before scheduled training(s) and doesn't show up.

Digital Product Policy

All purchases of digital training materials, e-books, course content, and online resources are non-refundable. Because digital products can be downloaded, stored, and accessed indefinitely, we are unable to verify whether the material has been used, copied, or retained. For this reason, refunds or exchanges will not be issued after purchase. Downloads are only available for 30 days. Please ensure you download and save the file(s) to your device within this timeframe, as if there's ever an issues, please contact us immediately as we'll reissue an one-time courteous file.

CPR, First Aid, & AED Trainings

In-person training required and may incur a $20 non-refundable travel fee if your choice of location was selected. Full payment is required to secure date(s) and time-frame(s) selected. Payments may be transferred to another training offered.

Home Healthcare Aid Trainings

In-person training required and full payment is required to secure date(s) and time-frame(s) selected. Payments may be transferred to another training offered.

Certified & State Tested Nurse Assistant (CNA/STNA) Trainings

In-person training required for class, labs and clinicals. Payment plans are available for this trainings, and only $125 retainer fee is required to secure date(s) and time-frame(s) selected. You will incur a $50 makeup fee for every missed 8-hours of class, labs or clinicals. Extensive absences or early dismissals will result in termination from the training program and can forfeit payments. Payment plans are available for this training.

Space & Equipment Rental

Our space and/or equipment rentals require a 2-hour minimum with a $200 refundable damage deposit. The rental(s) are 100% refundable if cancelled before 48-hours of booked date. Otherwise, the booking is non-refundable after 48-hours of booked date.

Important Notes:

Equipment can only be used at Trainings-4U facility and is not to be taken from the premises.
There's an additional $25 fee for coffee machine usage
There's a $100 cleaning fee if failed to clean-up space after use
